Select your user type: ‘Team’
What kind of team are you? Select ‘Summer’
Complete the 3 steps to register your team.
2. Free teamPass
Click ‘Subscriptions’ > ‘Pricing’ > ‘Team Pricing’
Slide the slider, to select the number of players on your roster.
Click the red ‘Purchase’ button for teamPass.
Under the white box, you will see: Have a discount code? Click to enter it
Enter discount code you receive via email.
You will see a 100% discount.
Select how you heard about tagupSoftball.
Check ‘Agree to the terms of service’

3. Enter you Roster
Hover your user icon, in the right, top, corner.
Select: ‘Settings’
Then, ‘Coaching Staff’ if you need to enter more coaches.
Then, ‘My Roster’
Click the red ‘Add Players’ button
Enter ‘First Name’, ‘Last Name’ and player email address.
Click ‘+ MORE PLAYERS’ to add 3 more rows at a time.
When you have entered all your players, click ‘Create Player Accounts’
That’s it. You are registered on tagupSofball, and your roster has been entered!

To ensure you receive the best film you can, please follow the instructions below when capturing video.
- Do NOT Zoom while recording.
- Record through the whole in the fence when possible. If not, record from around 5-6 feet back, so the camera will not ‘focus’ on the fence.
- The best position to record from is at the backstop, behind the catcher, a couple feet to the right or left so you can see the pitch.
- For even better results, if possible, move to right of ump for a right handed batter, and left of ump a left handed batter.
- Frame your shot between 1st and 3rd base. You should be able to capture the complete infield, making it unnecessary to move the camera.
- Hold the camera as still as possible, and only move when necessary.
- Start recording when the pitcher settles, and is about to begin her motion.
- Do NOT stop recording until the ball has been returned to the pitcher. This will enable us to capture base throws and stolen bases for tagups.
- If a runner attempts to steal a base, and is thrown out, do NOT click ‘End at Bat’ until that complete at bat is finished.
- Do NOT forget to hit ‘End At Bat’ when the at bat is finished.
- Film the game, NOT the player. By now, we know she knows they way to first base, you don’t have to show us.
- Remember, everyone will hear everything you say and do while recording.
